I loved this app as it is so easy to use and the customer support is on point.
Thanks To Jasmine(customer support) I was able to understand its working and able to import reviews, would definitely recommend others to use this app.

The app is ok for now, I'm still testing it's full potential.
But the 5 stars are for customer service! Tiana and also the rest of the team has been soooo great and d*mn helpful!

Great customer service overall, but there's room for improvement. Response times can be faster, and staff could be more proactive in addressing issues. Providing more personalized assistance and follow-up would enhance the experience. Overall, a solid foundation to build upon for an even better customer service experience.
