Thank you Nolan and the technician: Williams. You are very responsible and helpful. On the other hand, PageSpeed Insights show me this app block the main thread for some time. So I have mixed feelings. I have a response from Air Product: "We would like say explain that the reason for this increase in thread is due to our app need to add the codes inside the block. This has been optimized to its maximum already". I have no skills to judge is it an issue with every app that kind or not.

I had a coding issue and contacted both shopify and Avada support. Both sides were committed to help me. Response time was with in minutes of me putting the help requests.

I managed to figure out that the code problem was myself (placement of the Avada code in the Shopify snippet was the issue), but I do want to thank both Shopify support (Kemberly!) and Avada support (Liz!) for their super fast replies and even though I did manage to fix the code issue myself, I do appreciate both support teams!

Installing the app was very straight forward and easy. I love the look of the app, fits my site perfectly.

I did encounter an issue on the technical side (as I had certain things setup from my theme that blocked the app) but I used the chat service, and both Lydia and Anivia helped me.

It was my first time using this app, so I was facing some difficulties, after contacting Lydia from support, she helped me out and now my problem is solved :)

I love it, it looks great. However, I WISH i could import more reviews from amazon! Hana and Lydia have helped me alot! Also, quick recommendation, the swipe on mobile should be at finger speed for the carousel widget.
