Air: Product Reviews App & UGC

The online instructions for setup weren't working for me, so I hopped on their chat feature. Within 10 minutes or so someone came on to help and quickly offered to take over the installation for me, and I agreed. Esther did so quickly and seamlessly. She hung with me over the course of an afternoon over chat answering all my subsequent questions with clarity and efficiency. Definitely a top rate customer service offering solutions and rapid turnaround.

When having to duplicate a product for a special promotion or any other reason, it becomes incredibly complex to transfer the existing reviews from the original product page to the duplicated one. Despite reaching out to their customer service team for assistance, I found them to be unhelpful in resolving this issue.
