I was having a hard time deciding on an app for reviews. After hours I finally found Air, and I fell in love! I customized the review template to my website theme.
After a few attempts, I realized may have missed something trying to integrate the widget into the site, so I clicked the "chat with us" link. The chat box pops up like they always do; however, it being midnight I was so tired and needed help quickly.
Esther entered the support chats She was so pleasant and eager to help she solved my mystery within minutes. I walked away from the screen for a few minutes and then I heard this awesome sound, a doorbell like a gift had just been delivered.
