It is currently free and good, and is a very good evaluation plugin for new shopify stores. Customer service is responsive and prompt, which I like.

Only just installed the app so we will see how this works for us. In regards to the installation i came across a stumbling block but during the installation i was prompted to click for help. This is where Hana came and saved the day, she sent a collaborator request and then worked her magic all was done in the space of 15 minutes max. Now we just wait and see how it works for us. Thank you Hana for getting us on our way.

My reviews were not showing on the website and Abby was efficient and quick in dealing with my problem

My reviews were not showing due to some fault but then I chat with support team and "Tracy" quickly resolved this issue for me and also guided me so that I don't face it in future.
