I recently started using the "Air product review app" on Shopify and I must say, it's a game changer! This app is incredibly easy to use, and it has a fantastic photo review feature that my previous app didn't have. What I appreciate the most about the app is the 24/7 support they offer. When I had some issues setting up the app, I reached out to their support team and I was connected with Ms Liz. She was incredibly helpful and patient, and stayed with me until the issue was completely resolved. I'm really impressed with the level of customer service that the "Air product review app" offers. Overall, I'm very happy with this app and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly and feature-packed review app for their Shopify store.

It is currently free and good, and is a very good evaluation plugin for new shopify stores. Customer service is responsive and prompt, which I like.

My reviews were not showing due to some fault but then I chat with support team and "Tracy" quickly resolved this issue for me and also guided me so that I don't face it in future.

Great customer service, easy to set up and use. Had an issue with how my reviews were being displayed, Maison and Nolan fixed it for me!
