I stumbled upon this app when transitioning from another review app. Initially, I was somewhat skeptical because it was a free app that seemed to offer all the features I needed. Nevertheless, I decided to give it a try.

My first impression was that the app was exceptionally well-designed, accompanied by clear instructions. However, I did notice that certain aspects, such as the integration function, were not fully developed.

The standout feature of this app, I must say, was the outstanding customer service team, with a special shoutout to Esther, who went above and beyond to assist me throughout the day. Esther and the team were not only experienced but also remarkably kind and highly knowledgeable about the app. It felt like I was conversing with a human AI as their responses were nearly instantaneous. They provided invaluable help with tasks like importing reviews, answering general questions, guiding me through widget creation, and even troubleshooting issues related to widget integration into my store. A major thumbs up to the customer service team, especially Esther!

Overall, this app is a fantastic addition, and I believe Shopify should consider more apps like this as it greatly supports the small business community. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to incorporate reviews on their website. Esther's assistance made the experience even better, and her support was invaluable.
