I was facing some issues here and reached out to support. One of their team members, Abby, guided me very well and resolved my issue. I'm very grateful for her help.

For a free app you get a lot of good options for customizations and fits into the website well. It looks good and works well, but there were a few glitches that came with it. But the support was very good, I talked to Pamela from IT and Nikita the technician was able to fix all my issues very quickly. Great support team with a solid app structure and good customization.
