I was having difficulty importing the reviews, and Tiana helped me by editing the file and I was able to import them successfully. AMAZING service and app! Thanks TIANA.

Installing the app was very straight forward and easy. I love the look of the app, fits my site perfectly.
I did encounter an issue on the technical side (as I had certain things setup from my theme that blocked the app) but I used the chat service, and both Lydia and Anivia helped me.
They were both speedy and very helpful!

I was assisted by Lydia. It took some time to get the reviews done due to issues that beyond her control.
However, I feel this is a good app to use once the issues are sorted out.
