This app is very helpful and their support is unbelievable. I recently installed the app on my Shopify store and ran into an issue with uploading CSV files. Thankfully, their support team was exceptional. I contacted them for help, and they replied within seconds. They swiftly resolved my issue and even completed the entire setup on my behalf within minutes. I didn't expect such efficient and helpful customer support. So far so good! I had a hard time figuring out how to send requests to old orders prior to installing the app and customer support Hana was super fast to respond and help me figure it out.

Before discovering the magic of Air Reviews, I was using Judge.me. It served me well, but a part of me yearned for an interface that was more sleek and minimalist. That's when Air Reviews caught my eye! The installation process was like zipping down a smooth highway - not bumpy as I'd feared given my limited expertise with computers. And oh boy, importing reviews? A piece of cake!

What took the cake though, were all these additional features offered entirely FOR FREE!! Life couldn't get any better than this right? Wrong! Their customer service is as golden as it comes - hands down one of the very best experiences I've had to date! When curiosity stirred around getting my Etsy shop reviews imported into the system, Abby came swooping in like instant tech support (Yes folks! A real human on standby!). She untied every knot smoothly and promptly that made even further assistance from her feel like cool breezy sailing.

Love this app. Had it for a few months and having reviews really helped create trust with my customers. I recently had a brief issue importing some reviews from amazon and the customer support team was able to help me out immediately. They also helped fixed how the reviews looked on my website.
