Air: Product Reviews App & UGC

Before discovering the magic of Air Reviews, I was using Judge.me. It served me well, but a part of me yearned for an interface that was more sleek and minimalist. That's when Air Reviews caught my eye! The installation process was like zipping down a smooth highway - not bumpy as I'd feared given my limited expertise with computers. And oh boy, importing reviews? A piece of cake!

What took the cake though, were all these additional features offered entirely FOR FREE!! Life couldn't get any better than this right? Wrong! Their customer service is as golden as it comes - hands down one of the very best experiences I've had to date! When curiosity stirred around getting my Etsy shop reviews imported into the system, Abby came swooping in like instant tech support (Yes folks! A real human on standby!). She untied every knot smoothly and promptly that made even further assistance from her feel like cool breezy sailing.

My happiness quotient flew through the roof trying out this app. Give it a whirl if you have been contemplating about it; coupled with Avada email marketing solutions – Ahoy there success!!!

thank you for helping my problem with the reviews in my store and one of them is the air products agent hana.

I have been using Air Reviews for a while, I love the design of the different widgets that I can place on my store. It's very intuitive, and easy to use, I love the fact that it's not complicated at all. There are numerous functions and options for the reviews, with different customization choices. By the way, I had a small customization request for my store, and Hana from the customer service immediately replied to me in the chat, her colleague Toby was fast to add the customization I requested, the experience was very pleasant. I recommend this review's application and other Avada applications.

Alright i have tried many paid apps the big ones, however felt really expensive and was looking for a alternative - I found air-reviews there was no price plan on the app store and the features they were promising sounds too good to be true for Free. Installed it regardless and found out yes all feature free and 24/7 free support, How?
The support agent respond less than a minute mostly seconds away and Lydia and Sunny are wonderful people solved every issues i shot at them with quick fix. Thanks and cant recommend enough!

Customer support is next level, Liz responded instantly, and my issue was solved within minutes. Thank you Liz! App it incredible, better than any other shopify review app out there, and the free plan for it is insane, compared to other review apps. Highly recommend.

From the first experience of using this app it seems like a well organized app with fast responding assistance personal! Particularly, thanks to assistant Esther for fastly solving my product page issues. The good aspect is that its free and helps for beginers to start their buisness with less obstacles.
