Air Product Reviews offers exceptional products and services. The assistance I received from Hana was truly impressive. She demonstrated great patience, professionalism, and efficiency throughout our interaction. Such a team inspires admiration and makes one aspire to be part of it. Highly recommended for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.
I have listings on Amazon but recently made a Shopify store. The big problem was to import my reviews. Air: Product Reviews app made this hectic task so easy for me. In just a click, I was able to import my reviews. Also, the support person Audrey was so humble and helped me to show the star ratings on home, collection and single product pages by inserting the code snippet.
Installing the app was very straight forward and easy. I love the look of the app, fits my site perfectly.
I did encounter an issue on the technical side (as I had certain things setup from my theme that blocked the app) but I used the chat service, and both Lydia and Anivia helped me.
They were both speedy and very helpful!
