Air Product Reviews App & UGC

The app is easy to use and imports reviews smoothly, just make sure to refresh the page to see them work. The customer service is also very helpful and answer quickly when you have questions. I'm loving the app so far.

Had a few questions and wanted to ask support. I was happy to see that they had live chat. I clicked it, but wasn't expecting an instant response. It's 3 oclock on a saturday.

Julianna responded instantly, fixed all my issues, answered all my questions.

I'm just amazed at the level of service- instant help on a saturday, for a free app! I can't believe it!

And the reviews themselves look great, and super customizable to the merchant's needs. Seriously, you can't go wrong with this app.

I had trouble importing reviews at first, and also didn't understand how to format the file. The customer support (Lydia, Rosie and Mia) helped me and I was able to start importing reviews.

I highly recommend you use this app. It's great, I mean the interface of the reviews is excellent and a lot, a lot customizable. The reviews can be imported through any website or a file also!
And specially the customer service Hana provides is excellent. They're so helpful and friendly. Sometimes, just request and they do it for you!.
