I was really struggling to add star ratings to my theme, but Audrey from support was fantastic! She was super patient and walked me through the entire process step-by-step. Thanks to her help, my product pages now look much more professional. I'm really impressed with the level of support and the app's functionality. Highly recommend!
This app is amazing! Its easy to set up and it has lots of useful setting for your store. The customer service is absolutely amazing. I spoke with Hana who sorts my inquiries out within seconds. Thank you for this app. I also use the free version.

Absolutely amazing app, most definitely the best reviews app on shopify. Couldn't code the snippet into my store but you cam request help from them and Raymond was absolutely amazing, he helped me sort it out very quickly. Will be upgrading to thier pro version later on. Very satisfied

I had an issue with configuring something and asked support for help. Tiana assisted me excellently and very quickly. I am very happy.
This app is incredibly useful for gathering customer reviews and boosting conversions. After updating to a new theme, I encountered an issue with activating the star rating for products. Anivia and Linda promptly requested admin access and resolved the problem within an hour. I especially love the reviews carousel on the homepage, which links directly to products and significantly aids in conversion.
