I was having difficulty importing the reviews, and Tiana helped me by editing the file and I was able to import them successfully. AMAZING service and app! Thanks TIANA.

Installing the app was very straight forward and easy. I love the look of the app, fits my site perfectly.
I did encounter an issue on the technical side (as I had certain things setup from my theme that blocked the app) but I used the chat service, and both Lydia and Anivia helped me.
They were both speedy and very helpful!

Air Review App made importing Amazon reviews to my store incredibly simple! With their extension app, I seamlessly transferred reviews, thanks to Lydia's expert assistance. I was assisted by Lydia. It took some time to get the reviews done due to issues that beyond her control.
However, I feel this is a good app to use once the issues are sorted out.
