This is a great app with some awesome features.
It was very easy to integrate with our store and to import our existing reviews.
Due to user error, we needed to involve their support team for the final setup, and they were extremely knowledgeable.
Liz is particularly helpful!
I recently used the Avada Air Shopify app and had some questions along the way. Prakash on their support team was an absolute superstar! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and his communication skills were top-notch. He went above and beyond to help me customize the app for my store's needs.

Lydia solved our problem really quickly, instruction was SUPER clear, but I could not understand at first. However, she escalated and give us more clear instruction with pictures and bullet-lists. Which help me A LOT! They are always ready for you to help out, 24/7. Not even small delay.
