This app is great , very easy to set up and gives you a lot of options on how to import reviews. Their support team is amazing, they help me through the set up and very friendly. I had issue with importing reviews with excel files, but Pamela and Esther helped me! they edited my files, and uploaded for me as well as setting up the app correctly when I couldn't figure it out myself !

As a novice this is still easy to use! Any confusions quickly cleared up with the chat support - Tiana was particularly helpful and took all the stress away from my lack of tech knowledge! Very happy, would recommend for simple review app :)
