new to me and hard to use at some points

great app the best part is its free. i do wish it would import the reviews automaticly or atleast find the products you want to import over instead of having to hunt and search everything other wise its perfect. The customer service agent Audrey is great as well. thank you

I love this app so far. Good customer services. Hopefully in future they add video reviews.

Application au top, très pratique pour récolter les avis et aiguiller nos clients à partir d'expériences d'autres. Audrey et Tony ont été très sympathiques et nous ont aidés pour certains problèmes de paramétrages. J'ai hâte de voir de nouvelles fonctionnalités ainsi que la résolution de l'importation bloqué à 10 avis rapidement. En vous remerciant de votre temps et de votre application !
