I was having a hard time deciding on an app for reviews. After hours I finally found Air, and I fell in love! I customized the review template to my website theme.
After a few attempts, I realized may have missed something trying to integrate the widget into the site, so I clicked the "chat with us" link. The chat box pops up like they always do; however, it being midnight I was so tired and needed help quickly.
Esther entered the support chats She was so pleasant and eager to help she solved my mystery within minutes. I walked away from the screen for a few minutes and then I heard this awesome sound, a doorbell like a gift had just been delivered. To my surprise, relief, and joy, Esther had resolved my issue and also added value to my initial request, in less than 15 minutes.

I have been using Air Reviews for a while, I love the design of the different widgets that I can place on my store. It's very intuitive, and easy to use, I love the fact that it's not complicated at all. There are numerous functions and options for the reviews, with different customization choices. By the way, I had a small customization request for my store, and Hana from the customer service immediately replied to me in the chat, her colleague Toby was fast to add the customization I requested, the experience was very pleasant. I recommend this review's application and other Avada applications.
