Ironically I dont write many reviews, but this has got to be one of the best apps on Shopify for review management , you can easily use more than one review source seamlessly and thier product is very easy to use and fully customisable . Also their support is excellence after months of using the free plan problem free , Today i had a issue and Spoke with Hana in support, who was polite and extermley efficent. The issue was resolved in under 10 minutes if that. 5 stars from me

I could not speak more highly about AirReivews and in particular their customer service. I worked with Hana to fix a problem that had taken me a long time of trial and errors to try and rectify which i eventually realised i could not fix myself. I reached out to the customer service chat function and Hana responded to me instantly and had fixed the issue within 5 mins of our engagement!
