I installed Air Product Review as it is one of the few that integrates with my loyalty program. It is not as intuitive as the old review app I was using, but for the integration, I think it is enough.
Whenever I needed help from the support, I was promptly replied, especially from Hana.
Hana was so quick and on point with her support and very patient with my questions and mistakes.
I wish all shopify apps support worked like her, my life would be much easier.

Ironically I dont write many reviews, but this has got to be one of the best apps on Shopify for review management , you can easily use more than one review source seamlessly and thier product is very easy to use and fully customisable . Also their support is excellence after months of using the free plan problem free , Today i had a issue and Spoke with Hana in support, who was polite and extermley efficent. The issue was resolved in under 10 minutes if that. 5 stars from me

Jasmine and William were super helpful today. I had a question about colors/fonts and expected to get code to enter or worse-- the runaround. the app is quite straight forward I feel the pricing is fair for the features it integrates exceptionally with my shopify theme you can look https://stahlsteelworks.com. I couldn't find a setting and Jasmine from support was very helpful provided me with a photo of where the setting was and I was able to find it.
