Potentially an app no longer active. I have been trying to use this ap all week and reaching out to AIRO for support as there are various things broken with this one. There is no trial and you have to pay immediately to access. Unfortunately, the main blocker is simply hitting a 'signup'/'login' screen that doesn't provide any response, allow to log in, etc. Sending email/support requests gets no responses/replies. First time I have experienced this with a shopify app.

Thank you for trying AIRO, we're so sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing and will work to resolve them ASAP. The app is brand new and, while we've done extensive testing, we rely on merchant feedback like yours to improve it during the first month. We contacted you via two support emails and will issue a full refund, but don't see any outreach to our support email yet. We just tested the inbox again and it seems to be working and we're hoping to resolve the login issue with you directly.
