AirPower sync for Airtable

I've been working with Antonia since end of Dec 2021. She is a phenomenal individual!!!! She goes above and beyond and helps resolve ANY issue I have. She's available at almost any time and is genuinely one of the kindest people I've ever met. Thanks to her, I've been able to fix SO many things on my site. Pro's of using Airtable: (Other than the splendid customer service)
- Change almost any aspect of your product information in bulk. If you're like me and you don't like to download and upload again, this would work. - Upload new inventory (EASILY) - it takes a bit getting used to but Antonia stayed on a call with me for well over 2 hours showing me every little thing and even running a test. It took me that long because my products are a bit more on the complicated side (or so I hear from just about every app CS team). - Run automatic sync updates
- SO much easier than learning how to use Matrixify, Syncee, or any of the other apps. Don't get me wrong, they're all wonderful with great CS but this one was the easiest to figure out - you can even make copies of what you start with in case you screw up (which I did so many times) but it's easy to fix if you follow the directions.
- They keep adding in new features which only makes the app even better. Con's - absolutely non as of yet. Everything I have an issue with is resolved or assisted with immediately. New product upload - Believe it or not - this app just saved me 3.5K - rather than outsourcing my million and one variant products, I was able to fix up my new product files and have it set to upload in just a couple hours. Obviously the 1K variant limit holds for any product upload - but if you are not in a time crunch and you're okay with having 1K variant uploads a day, then give this app a shot for new product uploads.
If you have the patience to learn - this app will save your life with mass product updates, uploads, etc. Give it a try and see! :) True me, once you get the hang of it, you won't go back.

We have been using this app for a few months as it allows for the easy movement of current (and past) data to move into Airtable. Airtable is a very powerful tool that doesn't require you to be a programmer but solves the gap between a programmed solution and a messy google sheet.

The Airpower team is very responsive and wants to really solve solutions for your business. The real key to this is that it moves the data and can format and link things all in the process itself. So essentially this beats a excel/google sheet export because it can create linked tables across all things that allow you to basically make you own Shopify-Airtable ERP.

If you have experience with a full service ERP where you pay thousands of dollars (setup + monthly) you will find that it is very difficult to master and actually provide good data for a lean type of ecommerce business that also serves other channels like Amazon and wholesale.

So, with this integration, you can essentially create the following:
1) Data backup of shopify orders - This is mainly for the benefit of accountants and other parties since then you don't need to give them access to your shopify account(s)
2) Inventory System - Yes, I said this correctly. You can use this to track you inventory across multiple channels
3) Order Management (multi channels) - You can import your ebay/amazon/amazon fba/wholesale orders into airtable and easily see inventory movements and costing in real time
4) Accounting - You can even create a decent double entry accounting system. You would add tables for bank reconciliation, expenses, purchases and financial statements that would roll-up data. The caveat being that it would still be ideal to utilize your cloud accountants preferred system like Xero or Quickbooks because of the specialization taxation tracking that is hard to duplicate in Airtable.

The potential of this integration is huge and I recommend you try it for a few months and take the time to review your needs with the air power team as they are happy to help.

Airpower is by far the most useful & powerful Shopify App I've used and have benefitted enormously by leveraging it's functionality in 2 separate e-commerce businesses over the last few years.

There are so many things I simply could or would not have done due to the amount of extra resources it would have taken without being able to rely on this sync between Airtable & Shopify.

Does exactly what it says it will do. I especially like that the app is pretty easy to configure and manage. Customer support is also very nice, responsive and helpful.

The app is exactly what we needed to take the next step in managing our ecommerce business. The support from Daniel in both installing and solving issues is excellent.

Excellent support, easy set up and very happy with the results. I now have much better access to customer analysis and its been very useful for creating customer tags for us with segmentation and Shopify Mail.
