Works beautifully and smoothly. The developers did an exceptional job with taking into account so many different scenarios. He came up with a solution that is almost bulletproof, and truly liberates your data.
Also,Daniel provides exceptional support. If you're using AirTable and Shopify, look no more.
This app literally changed our ops over night. Customer support is great - they help you set everything up, and the app just works like a charm. If you are an airtable user, there is no reason not to be using this app. The monthly cost pays itself back immediately.

Super impressed with this product and team. We have 4 shopify stores that we brought all together with Airpower and Airtable. This has been super helpful to get a grip on all of our data in one place and perform bulk operations. For instance, we just created synced 30+ collections with images and descriptions to our stores. The product works perfectly when setup. Antonia from the support team has been super helpful. She has jumped on calls with us, been responsive to support requests, and has helped us get everything stood up quickly. I recommend this product to anyone looking to bring multi-store management together. Airpower has been game changing for us
A huge fan of Airtable, we were looking for a way to seamlessly integrate our Shopify store to Airtable - Airpower was the perfect solution! It is one of the best support systems for Airtable and has helped us better manage orders, sales tracking, CRM, and more. An additional bonus: their customer service is outstanding. Daniel was so helpful in setting up all the mapping for this app and that deserves 5 stars in itself!
Really like this. Allows us to build very custom tools on top of Airtable. But I wish Base Genius had a knowledge base and more detailed technical support FAQ.
AirPower is a great Shopify and Airtable integrator that makes it easy to sync your data between the two platforms. I've been using it for a few months now, and I've been really happy with it.
One of the things I like best about AirPower is how easy it is to use. With the Expanded Template the setup process is simple and the interface is very intuitive.
AirPower also offers a lot of flexibility in terms of what data you can sync. You can sync products, orders, customers, and even inventory levels.
In addition to being easy to use and flexible, AirPower also has great support. I've had a few questions about how to use the app and Antonia has been very helpful.
Overall, I'm very happy with AirPower. It's a great way to sync your Shopify and Airtable data, and the support team is excellent. I highly recommend it.
Absolute game changer for order management and fulfillment. Managing the data and data views through Airtable instead of Shopify will significantly reduce the complexity for my clients. Plus it just works, it was like magic. Their support team is amazing as well.
Airtable-to-Shopify sync doesn't work, you just get a bunch of errors. Conventiently, none of their videos or help articles cover Airtable to Shopify inventory management. Support is also poor and nonexistent. They claim to help you get up set quickly, but their team is completely unesponsive.
Hi there. Very sorry that you found our support poor, but you messaged us the evening of December 24th, Christmas Eve. We were unable to reply that very second as our support team was spending time with family. We then scheduled a call with you, but you did not show up. We then emailed you to give us another time to speak, but you have not replied to any of our emails.
Not Powerful. I agree with the other reviewers; it works but if there were another app, I'd switch.
Pros: nice way to manage inventory with tons of parameters. Shopify admin UI isn't built for bulk editing. This is. Fairly elegant and dynamic solution. Customer service is fairly responsive though slow (days), and their best-fit customer is definitely someone tech savvy and capable of problem solving on their own.
Cons: Extremely slow sync, unusable if overloaded - the dashboard will not even load. Come back tomorrow and hope for the best. And if you want to be able to segment your sync to avoid this, you have to pay EXTRA! Even at 200 products, with metafields and images in the mix the sync is 30 mins+ every time. Troubleshooting is rather impossible at that cadence. Unlike other apps, Airpower is not really forward looking or frequently updated with the latest Shopify options. Development seems passive.
I've been a customer for years and am looking forward to finding an alternative.
Hi there, and thank you for the feedback. Our sync from Airtable to Shopify syncs data as fast as Shopify allows. Shopify has a limit of how much data you can send it, and this limit varies with the Shopify plan your store is on. The servers running our sync are very powerful and feed Shopify with data as fast as it will ingest it.
Also, we don't know which data in Airtable has been updated and which has not. For this reason a lot of our users use an Airtable view for their tables to tell us exactly which rows we need to sync. So that we don't waste time syncing data that hasn't changed.
Hey there! We used AirPower for a short period, but we found it to be so poorly optimized that it became a liability. Additionally, when we contacted customer support, the representative was extremely condescending, constantly talking over us and making our team feel foolish for asking basic questions. We wouldn't recommend using this app and using Relay once they come out with a Shopify integration.
Works fine for me. Not really easy to set up, but doable. Support is really quick and helpful. So I could recommend.

Excellent product and support. Very flexible - we are able to manage c. 15k products using it, and the sync ensures the integrity of the data.

AirPower has saved our business countless hours and has made batch updates to our online store so much easier. Because the prices of the products we sell are highly dependant on the USD to CAD exchange rate and other variable costs, we need to regularly update the hundreds of products on our website. This used to be an incredibly time consuming process filled with CSV upload issues and character set issues, and as a result we could do it a few times per year. With AirPower, updating the website via Airtable is very easy and we update our website weekly or even daily. AirPower's support team is also very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend AirPower to anyone who spends a lot of time making updates to their online store.
With this app, you can sync everything to your Airtable and it can really help you with your logistics, order management, reports, etc. Great support from Daniel, 5/5 app!
We used AirPower to build an online wine catalog for more than 2k products lines with a potential to extend it to 10k. The AirPower helps us to organize this difficult task and that is amazing!
Take in account that wines are very complex products that includes a lot of variants and variables as vintage, notes, size, formats etc - AirPower helped us to build professional and easy bulk importing solution. What about costumer service - those guys are very professional and supportive. Al the time responding and willing to explain in small details how everything should be done to achieve your goals. Daniel from costumer service is an fantastic guy - all the time available to help on all stages of building your goals by sending instructions step-by-step, identify the problems that appears during the implementation of the project.
Daniel was always open to have meetings with us as a final clients and with our developers - where he was leading us how to achieve our goals! This app is pretty straightforward and easy to use. The team was really easy to work with - great customer service.
This app is really powerful and has limitless options for your business. I'm using it to sync my vintage inventory to Shopify. As a complete newbie their team set me up and took the time to make sure things were working. Definitely email them to get assistance. A chat help function would make this even easier, hopefully, they introduce this.
Awesome tool, previously we were building our own integrations with Airtable using Zapier, but this app is so much easier. The price is right, too!
I tried this app mainly because other review for excellence support, however that is not happen even close to me. Support is incredibly poor. They replied my email almost one day one email no matter how quick i replied to them. I would give it a try for 1 month. This app is far more expensive for $35. Other free app has a lot better support.
Great implementation, responsive team. I used to work for Airtable, so, naturally, had planned to build my own integration, but the team at AirPower saved me a ton of time. Flexible enough to use for a variety of base configurations, but easy enough to get started out of the box.
I have been in contact with the BaseGenius and Airpower team since they started their Shopify journey. Being able to link up Airtable with my Shopify store, although extremely complex when looking at the complexity of the Shopify API, if it wouldn't be for BaseGenius and this app, I would still be working on linking things together ;)

Was a game-changer for us. A reliable two-way sync with Shopify allows us to manage everything straight from Airtable without creating and managing 'Zaps' ourselves -> such an incredible time saver!

This app has been really wonderful, and the customer service and help from Daniel has been truly incredible! He's always been available to answer questions or help when we changed our Airtable base and needed help fixing the sync. One ask from the app would be error messages that are more actionable/easy to understand :)
I'm just getting started exploring this Airtable<>Shopify integration, and it's quite exciting to fill out a custom form in Airtable and then see a draft order pop up in Shopify moments later. But the best part of this has got to be my interactions with Daniel, who got me set up and then took a significant chunk of his day to discuss capabilities. AirPower is a very powerful must have tool for any Shopify user that is workings with products. You simply don’t know what your missing until you get setup and you did need some creative thinking. AirPower a tools allow me to streamline and automate many steps, also, it makes adding products a breeze.
The setup is not easy, nothing worth it ever is, luckily the team, specifically Daniel provides awesome support with not only solutions to problems but also suggestions and that I find to be priceless!
I am using AirPower along with custom fields and Zapier to simplify, standardize and automate product data.
It’s also worth mentioning that there is a mobile app!
Well worth the price and I highly recommend you give this a try.

I came across this app after searching for a similar solution for about 1 year, as I’m prepping to launch the store. I even hired experienced people to set up the connection that zapier says exists with airtable, but nothing worked. Simply put, this system is a miracle. I have a full-on product database/inventory on airtable, and after hitting the wall so many times with different solutions for product importing, I still smile in relief to see how it syncs all data beautifully to shopify, ie., product title, SKUs, variants, costs, price, description, collections, tags... They created something totally customisable, so it allows you to change the settings for it to be shopify to airtable, and to choose which fields go in which direction. The system works in a particular way, but it is not difficult to follow the logic behind it. And with the amount of problems it solves, with the level of customisation it offers, it is surprisingly simple and affordable. Apart from the technology, the team could not have been nicer in helping to set it up. This was a game-changer for me. Big thanks to Daniel and everyone on the team!
