Excellent support, easy set up and very happy with the results. I now have much better access to customer analysis and its been very useful for creating customer tags for us with segmentation and Shopify Mail.

This app literally changed our ops over night. Customer support is great - they help you set everything up, and the app just works like a charm. If you are an airtable user, there is no reason not to be using this app. The monthly cost pays itself back immediately.

Sync perfectly and immediately to the AirTable. Created a table on Airtable to streamline our operations.

I came across this app after searching for a similar solution for about 1 year, as I’m prepping to launch the store. I even hired experienced people to set up the connection that zapier says exists with airtable, but nothing worked. Simply put, this system is a miracle. I have a full-on product database/inventory on airtable, and after hitting the wall so many times with different solutions for product importing, I still smile in relief to see how it syncs all data beautifully to shopify, ie., product title, SKUs, variants, costs, price, description, collections, tags... They created something totally customisable, so it allows you to change the settings for it to be shopify to airtable, and to choose which fields go in which direction. The system works in a particular way, but it is not difficult to follow the logic behind it. And with the amount of problems it solves, with the level of customisation it offers, it is surprisingly simple and affordable. Apart from the technology, the team could not have been nicer in helping to set it up. This was a game-changer for me. Big thanks to Daniel and everyone on the team!

If you aren't using AirPower to manage your product data, you're doing it all wrong. The apps potential is almost unlimited once you start delving deeper into AirTable. Support is A+ and will do most of the heavy lifting for you, of which there isn't much! I can't recommend it more highly and only wish I had found it earlier

I'm still learning how to use this app but everything I've been able to do so far is great. Customer service is also very prompt and helpful.

Airtable-to-Shopify sync doesn't work, you just get a bunch of errors. Conventiently, none of their videos or help articles cover Airtable to Shopify inventory management. Support is also poor and nonexistent. They claim to help you get up set quickly, but their team is completely unesponsive.

Hi there. Very sorry that you found our support poor, but you messaged us the evening of December 24th, Christmas Eve. We were unable to reply that very second as our support team was spending time with family. We then scheduled a call with you, but you did not show up. We then emailed you to give us another time to speak, but you have not replied to any of our emails.

I tried this app mainly because other review for excellence support, however that is not happen even close to me. Support is incredibly poor. They replied my email almost one day one email no matter how quick i replied to them. I would give it a try for 1 month. This app is far more expensive for $35. Other free app has a lot better support.
