AiT Loyalty, Ai Bot & WhatsApp

After a very bad experience with another developer, I turned to the AIT team. In a very short time, they revamped and turned our website from a dull and stagnant site into a vibrant, entertaining, and easy to navigate shop.

As an online store owner, for years we have struggled to keep track of all the costly and multiple applications we needed to effectively and efficiently run our marketing promotions. Then I met Rhitik and he and his team at AITrillion have completely transformed our marketing strategy and experience through their unified modular suites of applications that deliver exceptional results.

The AiTrillion team has been a massive help to our company from the beginning of our working together. We had a very unique problem set that we laid out to the team and they have been hitting each metric one by one that we have requested. Because of all of the great communication, the willingness to meet with us (even sometimes on weekends) and the ability to rise to the demand we placed on their software should be HIGHLY regarded! We have been altering the software for about a month straight and are just about to launch it. As of now, i would give the company 6 stars if I could. Updates to follow!

DO NOT USE THIS APP, PLEASE READ MY REVIEW. I used this app for about a month because of the features they have but after setting up and trying the app I found they are behind on basic email features, the triggers for flows is mediocre, trying to create emails with their builder is not as easy as Klaviyo, my customers received a lot of emails because they triggered multiple flows when then should have been removed from one and move to the next flow, their pop ups are not smart and extra basic because it is only a 1 step pop up where they enter their email and they get a generic success step with discount but you can't customize the success step, their rewards and review features are also basic and the design on the front end is also basic and need more customization features. There are a lot more issues but hopefully you get the point. They have a lot of features but each one of their features are lacking so there's not thing they are good at. What made me the most upset was they agreed to a good price which made me switch but then they only gave me enough emails to only send out one campaign and said I had to pay more to send email campaigns which would get the price closer to what I was paying for with Klaviyo so I went back to Klaviyo. Also when I sent a email campaign my spam and bounce rate went up to 6% when I was at 0% on Klaviyo. You get what you pay for but their app is not even worth the time and money to set up and find out all of their faults with the lack of standard features...there is nothing ai about their app. Thanks for reading and trust me you will thank me later.

Aitrillion is an amazing app with many functionalities. It really is a one stop solution for our stores and we're very satisfied with the results. It prevents you from having 10 different apps for the things you want so your page speed isn't effected much. The support of Aitrillion is amazing. They're always available for quick meetings that will help you fix any issues or request that you have. We're very satisfied and will be working with Aitrillion for a long time

Wow. I tried several loyalty programms, also the big ones but I wanted one in my own language. AiT just did that. Although it looks very complicated you just need to spend some time on it. We are nowadays used to be in a hurry and quick that you want to move on but remember the best things in life take time...

So easy now to set up and change all text in your own words!! this is wat personalation means and Reena helped me in every step. The customer service is unbelievable!!! nice helpfull people still exsists!!!

We began our search to install a loyalty program and a product review module on our store. We discovered AiTrillion in the process and were impressed by a large number of modules on offer effectively combining our entire CRM under one roof. The product and on-boarding team have been extremely helpful and available on call to align the various modules and set up in line with our brand themes. This has been of tremendous help as they have worked diligently to deliver the modules. We have yet to enable all the modules but are hopeful that the data once harnessed will allow us to increase average sales and customer retention. I recommend this app for its features and friendly customer help.

We recently moved over to this app from Marsello. Although Marsello was very easy to use, having many options in one place was very convenient. We can eliminate the other apps we have and use AiTrillion for almost everything. It has a lot to offer. We are still working through the change, but we hope this will fit our company well. The one thing to ensure you are aware of is that when you run out of emails, which will be quick if you have a lot of customers, you need to add additional blocks because it will not automatically add them. It will stop and tell you that "Your limit is over!"

Worked with customer service today, and Reena was wonderful. I am sure we will continue to need help until we work through the process until our set up is final.

We just finished installing AiTrillion on our Shopify store. The loyalty program was very easy to set up -- the interface is intuitive and the support team was incredibly helpful when I hit a few stumbling blocks. AiTrillion helped me build a great landing page too!

We have used another email marketing service for years and were nervous to switch everything to AiTrillion, but we decided to give it a shot. It was easy to export our contacts, and the email builder was intuitive and would be familiar to anyone who has used an email marketing builder before. Our first campaign went off without a hitch, and we are thrilled to have everything in one place.

We are looking forward to using AiTrillion's analytics as we go forward, and we are really excited to start building our workflows to engage our loyalty customers. This is a great suite of tools to get your store above the competition. We were able to remove 5 other apps and use just this one. That helped greatly with site load speed. We where helped with the onboarding and they got us all up and running. Great support and fast communication, we worked the most with Namit. Did many zoom calls with him. Total hand holding to get it all up and working. The best part of the app is they are still adding and developing. So we are very excited too see what the future holds for AiTrillion!
