AiT Loyalty, Ai Bot & WhatsApp

AiTrillion is a wonderful platform with many different tools you need to run your business. We love that so many assets are located in one place and make it easy for us to accomplish multiple business goals under one platform such as E-mail & SMS marketing and promotional web design tools.

We originally installed AiT for the expansive Loyalty Program which has been a great tool to us, but there are many other features within this App that will benefit your business.

Plus, the customer support is very responsive and will lead you through any questions or set-up guides you need.

We are using the AiTrillion app and found it very useful. All the modules under a single bucket would be wonderful.

We use different kinds of apps for different features but this app molds the feasibility under a single belt.

The support from the whole team is wonderful and quick response. They guide us on video calls during the onboarding with them and are very easy to use.

Great support team, but too many issues and unexpected costs

We started using AiTrillion in January with the hope of consolidating tools (JudgeMe, Omnisend) and saving money. I paid around 500 € for their full setup service, which initially sounded like a good investment.

What worked well:
• Customer support is very responsive and kind. They really try to help, even if it often takes a few back-and-forths until issues are fully understood and resolved.
• The Loyalty and Product Review features do their job – once configured, they seem stable.

What didn’t work for us:
• Email marketing was hard to use. We ended up switching to Shopify’s built-in Forms & Flow because it was much more intuitive.
• The WhatsApp chat function didn’t work. Although the dashboard showed customers interacting, no chats actually reached our WhatsApp Business account.
• Web push was never really used.
• SMS is not supported in Germany, which was disappointing.

But the biggest pain point by far has been billing:
• We are getting billed for so called "Active Customers" - a number that is & times higher than we actually have confirmed subscribers, and 3 times higher than the actual number of customers we have, .
• Twice, my subscription was “automatically upgraded” without any action on my part – and I had no control to change it back.
• According to the usage stats, less than 1% of our orders were assisted by AiTrillion features – so the ROI is clearly not there for us.

After several months of trying to make it work, we’ve decided to cancel. I still want to highlight how lovely and responsive the support team is – that was a bright spot. But unfortunately, the frequent misunderstandings, tool limitations for the German market, and confusing pricing made this a costly and frustrating experiment we won’t repeat.

Very strong on the technical side and how to set up the system but equally weak on the "Why" side and how to market the module. Don't expect to find any examples as a starting point to modle your efforts after. It is so weak that their support doesn't understand the question.

The AiTrillion team helped us with custom integration and provided excellent development support throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build a smooth membership experience, and we’re excited to try even more features soon!"

Ai Trillion is a great app with so many different features that will benefit your user experience and e-commerce business. Their support staff especially Namit, has been incredibly helpful and always there to give advice as and when needed. Highly recommended, and we look forward to developing further with the app on our Shopify Store.

Wacoal Thailand just started using AiT app on-line store, AiTrillion has so many features and such deep functionality, Lots of other great features and good support, This app really helped our organization keep track of our member data and handle transactions easily.

It seemed like a great all in one platform and we wanted to make it work, but too much technical problems. We sent two dozen emails in to try and troubleshoot over email it was not successful. They advised us to book a support call, but their support "forgot" about our zoom call 3x. Yeah, they stood us up 3x. Definitely shows where their company values lie. Not for us. It seems like a great concept though, just not a fan of their execution.

We are using AITrillion mainly for the My Account page, and the experience has been excellent. The page is clean, fast, and highly customizable, giving our customers a smooth and modern dashboard to manage their orders, rewards, and account details.

What makes the experience even better is their customer support team. They respond quickly, understand issues well, and provide clear solutions. Their support has made setup and customization much easier for us.

Overall, AITrillion delivers a great My Account experience backed by reliable customer support.

We just started using AiT app on our shopify POS and on-line store. We wanted a simple loyalty app that could send emails and sms to customers. This app surpasses our expectations, and even though we are not using all the capabilities as yet, it is satisfying our needs at the moment. Set up is relatively easy and the support staff is available to assist you with problems.

Support has been prompt and Rishav helped us to migrate from another loyalty app easily. I like that we have one person assigned to help us each time we reach out to AiT. The customer support is excellent.

The app is a bit slow in loading, however, I need to do more investigations as to why this is happening and also do further testing of the app.
