This is a great app with a good interface. Due to a tech issue, I was about to give up and find another app. But then I met Ryth from chat support and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Throughout our interaction, he was able to restore my faith in the application and he was able to resolve my issue to the best of his ability.
