This app is SO easy to use and makes order fulfilment SO efficient!! It is literally a life saver!! The other apps I have tried are just glitchy and outdated! Shoutout to David for helping me out so much!! I think he must work 24/7 hahaha

This app is terrible. What they don't tell you is that it doesn't work without the chrome extension, then you have to match the store email to the extension login for it to work. Then you have to wait countless hours for support which feels like a bot. In good faith, I bought the first month at 19.99 and within 15 minutes it wasn't going to function. I was then asked to wait 12 hours, then 24 hours and now it just doesn't work cause Ali Express had made changes. This has been a disaster and the worst part is support pointed to a url and told me I can't have a refund cause they don't do that. I think it's borderline criminal behavior and I will alert Shopify to these questionable terms.

Ali Orders app is really very helpful for drop shipping and their employers are very helpful and cooperatives. I recommended it personally
Leo was excellent. I expressed my payment problems expecting some direction on how to solve it. He solved it without me having to do anything! I tried payment again and It works now. So far best tech support experience compared to similar platforms that I've used. Thanks again for that... I'm also quite happy with app features and usability so far. I give the actual app four stars because it's always good to leave room to improve or add usability.

Ross did a fantastic job helping me understand zopi and continuing the process for my customer. Very pleased other gave my a headache and had me stressing but she was helpful and took her time to do her a research.

The app is taking time to learn. The customer support is all 5 stars, hands down. My first drop shipping order was sinking but then Minn helped in every way to set the order straight, get it on track, and have it get fulfilled! I make a strong recommendation based on the help I just received from Minn. Great work
It works good so far, and if I have any issues, they do great in helping and getting to my problems in a very good timely manner!

Im really satisfied with Zopi, they have a really big soritment and variations when it comes to products and their customer service is exccellent, you can contact them 24/7 and they will alwys help you and solve the problem or the question, i got help today from a staff called "Ross", she helped me fast with my problem, she has really good communication and makes sure that i get all the help that i need.
User interface is very friendly and I have had good experience getting assistance from Zopi support when Needed. Ross was very helpful and patient with me, as this is my first time using Zopi. Thank you Ross!

Very good app for drop shipping. Sure there are bugs and issues but thats with any app. A person named Alice helped me out and my businesses. Small bug sometimes there are problems with some of these products but she made a real effort and help me out
