It isn't convenient to search one source at a time in order to then filter and sort by order number. If you could fix it to search both at the same time, that'd be the best. The inconvenience for me is having to search two sources and then cross-filtering the order or list count to determine trust worth sources and costs vs. value. Centralizing seemed like a game changer but I guess ill need to keep

Update: the company reached out to take action on my feedback and implemented some changes to filters so you could look at both sources at the same time. Really impressed by the responsiveness

Im really satisfied with Zopi, they have a really big soritment and variations when it comes to products and their customer service is exccellent, you can contact them 24/7 and they will alwys help you and solve the problem or the question, i got help today from a staff called "Ross", she helped me fast with my problem, she has really good communication and makes sure that i get all the help that i need.
So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. Always very responsive, and always happy to help, and always remedy the issue quickly--which is so important for an online e-commerce business. Would recommend again and again! Most recently had the pleasure of working with Ross from the CS team, and as previously mentioned, could not do more to satisfy my needs and issues at hand.

Rocy, the support agent, is fantastic. I asked questions via chat, and she responded quickly and patiently until I understood everything. Having such a support system is very reassuring. The app is also easy to use, and if this level of support comes at this price, I think it's a great deal.
While listing products to my store, I encountered product status as "sold out" when clearly there were a large inventory of the product. I worked for hours trying different settings and researching different sites to figure out how to correct this error. Finally, I decided to contact ZOPI via chat not expecting much help. To my surprise and delight, a representative responded and assisted me perfectly. I am new at dropshipping and basically a layman with the terms needed to explain my issue. Alice not only understood my dilemma, but assisted me and resolved my issue in less than an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable made the experience exciting. All my concerns and would have taken less time to resolve if I was more familiar with the platform. I truly recommend ZOPI for newbies such as me and advance users.
