Hallo, ich hatte ein paar kleine Probleme mit den Einstellungen bei Zopi, also habe ich den Support kontaktiert via live Chat schaltet sich der Supporter (Rocy) hinzu und half mir wirklich spitze durch alle meiner Probleme er half mir gute Produkte zu finden und erklärte mir ganz in ruhe wie ich welche Einstellungen machen kann damit der Shop so Effizent wie möglich läuft.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit ihm und zögere nicht ein 2tes mal ihn zu kontaktieren.

Die app an sich ist gut gestaltet und man kann mit etwas hilfe vom support wirklich viel einstellen.

Die App bietet fast genauso viel wie der alte Vorgänger Ob. Auch wenn Sie meiner Meinung nach etwas Oberflächlicher ist und einige Einstellungsmöglichkeiten wie vollautomatisierte Auftragsausführung und Länderspezifische Produkte im eigenen Zopi-Shop, fehlen. Dennoch, aktuell die einzige Alternative. Wir waren Tagelang bisschen Verzweifelt gewesen, weil wir die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten nicht gefunden haben, da wir Zeitlich wenig Zeit haben, habe ich mich heute entschlossen, den Support anzuschreiben, Zum Glück! Leo half innerhalb kurzester Zeit, mehrere Fragen zu beantworten und schnelle Lösungen zu finden. Bin Absolut Zufrieden!

I love this App so much, considering that it's FREE to use. I recommend this App especially to those who are still starting up like me...

I am using this app as intended for dropshipping from AliExpress through Shopify. I kept getting an error about an invalid address! David through Customer Support was very helpful at getting this address. The first issue was I did not have Shopify set to require a phone number, it was optional. Then, it was the formatting (555) 555-5555. AliExpress does not like the punctuation. David noticed the problem and get me sailing. The app is looking like it will function wonderfully now! Its amazing how smooth Ali Orders makes this process and how a couple of symbols can totally throw a hand grenade it the system. This seem like somthing pretty simple Ali Orders should address and save a ton of headaches. Also, Can we get Ali Orders to Automatically FullFill Orders? I see no reason why this should have to be manual! Thank you!!
