User interface is very friendly and I have had good experience getting assistance from Zopi support when Needed. Ross was very helpful and patient with me, as this is my first time using Zopi. Thank you Ross!
i had a problem with fulfilling my orders to my customers, i got very good help from Scarlet and solved the issue
Everything perfect, except when it's time to pay for orders. It's like a nightmare... One time your card gets declined, next time AliExpress glitches and you need to duplicate orders, shows one price in zopi, when you have to pay it's more and etc. Overall everything perfect, i'm really impressed by how the whole program is easy to use!
I highly recommend Zopi as it has been an incredibly valuable and helpful experience for me. The service provided was both efficient and beneficial, making the entire process seamless. This was my first time placing an order to fulfill a customer order. The process in and of it self is antiquated and frustrating beyond belief. However, there was light at the end of the tunnel for me because I had the absolute most patient customer support representative, Azalea. So far Zopi has been great. and I just got done talking to Lana from cust support. She was quick and immediately picked up what my issue was, and noticed a possible issue down the line, even understand what the end goal was. So yes, so far as I can tell, Zopi if 5 starts. and as far a Lana go's, Tell your boss that I said to give you a raise and 3 more days of PTO added to your vacation! Good Job!
