I love their chat support. Always there and helpful. Ross was particularly wonderful and resolved my issue in seconds.
Jennie helped me solve my ordering issue. I was very grateful for the help provided over many hours of trouble shooting. Once you learn your way around the app, it is a wonderful too for your ecommerce shop. I would reccomend Jennie for support if needed using Zopi. Thank you again Jennie. You have made my day.

had to update my review as this app isn't fit for purpose caused me alot of issues tracking not linking correctly, orders not processing etc etc there is a long list was a new error nearly everytime costing time,money, i listed a total 8 different errors i had, the only positive i can say is the customer service is fast to response however they were unable to fix the issues, i've since switched to a rival and so glad i did.
Lily is amazing! So patient and kind and helped me with all my questions step by step:) After three days and mutiple support people involved it was wonderful that Lily was able to help with my customer's order issue.
