Zopi ‑ AliExpress Dropshipping

I experienced some issues with my first orders as they couldn't be placed into my AliExpress account, and I wasn’t sure why. Thankfully, the Zopi support team was amazing! Jennie quickly identified and solved the issue, but her shift ended, Ross seamlessly took over without me needing to explain everything again.

The issue turned out to be incomplete contact information. Once that was resolved, everything worked perfectly.

Amazing app with swift responses and exceptional support! Ross and Vivian helped me set up my new supplier through the app, and thanks to them, I earned my first dropshipping order. They also guided me with fulfillment, making the whole process seamless. I'm currently on the free plan but plan to upgrade soon.
