So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. I've been using the app for 6 months now and it's been a total game changer. I would highly recommend it to anyone dropshipping on tiktok using aliexpress - a range of plans make it scalable and the use of AI features is also great.
There's been a few issues but the chat team have been so quick to sort out any issues and have happily done so.
