Decent free app, but not very efficient. Widget does not show on the theme editor, only shows on the live website. Keeps you guessing. Also, not easy to move it to different sections as it injects the code into your website.

Absolute garbage, I have been waiting for these guys to fix a technical issue for nearly a week now, everyday I reach out to their bot support I get the same exact message. Check your junkmail folder, our support team will get back to you in 24-48hrs" I wait and wait and nothing happens. The app has potential but whoever runs it is either lazy or incompetent or both, this app should not be allowed on shopify in my opinion

aplicativo lixo. te dá o plano gratuito, mas não de adianta de nada porque o cliente escreve a avaliação e não tem nenhuma opção de ativar o comentário do cliente. Estou muito frustrado, mas enfim, não usem!!!!!

his app made it super easy to display product reviews and star ratings exactly where I wanted. It boosted my store’s credibility and gave my product pages a more professional look. Highly recommend it if you want to build trust and increase conversions

Forget all reviews apps on this platform, this is the absolute best! the price point is unbeatable for what you can do on their basic plan, and you can absolutely count on customer support to solve any problems on your website. They reply super fast and work with maximum efficiency. Turley the best online customer support I've ever had.

The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.

Please update your Chrome extension to the latest version and try importing your Amazon product reviews again. It should now work as expected with your Shopify store.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my feedback to highlight some significant weaknesses in the app.

Firstly, the user interface is not at all intuitive. Navigating through the app feels cumbersome, and it's challenging to find the features I need. A more user-friendly design would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Additionally, I noticed a lack of exporting review on the app. For those valuable reviews our customers left and we can't export them out!!

Moreover, the app's search functionality is unreliable. It often fails to retrieve accurate results, making it difficult to find specific reviews or products. This undermines the app's core purpose and severely impacts its utility.

Furthermore, the absence of clear guidelines for users makes the reviewing process confusing. Users need more explicit instructions on how to navigate the app and make the most out of its features. Clarity in this aspect is crucial for a positive user experience.
