great customer service, its the first time for me to use the app may be i will write another review after using it for a while
very helpful, one of the best review apps out there. i messaged for some assistance and someone was there to help me within seconds.
very easy to use, complete I like to use it,personally I find that the other applications are too complicated to use, for that I recommend the application
Vey clean and very nice. The support line is also very understandable and quick replyes. If you want a quick and clean review page for your products. I recommend it 100%

It was good just took a bit, I asked for a improvement to my store and they took around 10 days. It was good though and they did exactly like I wanted. Also when I let them in as a collaborator they reset my Shopify store and I had to use my backup without any notice. This wasn't to much of a problem but just be careful and make sure to backup your store.

I have installed the app recently. I find it easy and simple to get going within short span of time . Presently i'm using the basic free plan with limited access to features. I would recommend the 2 of you (the founders) given the apps is pretty new and not many users, to consider open up more features(editing, more reviews etc) to attract more users, which would look appealing for freshers like me. We offer a free plan to all our merchants to get to know and try out the app. The free plan gives you access to a host of features that are useful for merchants who are just starting out.
You can always switch to the paid plans to leverage the premium features that will definitely be beneficial when you are ready to grow your business.
