Patient and well-trained staff who helped me and taught me how to use the application in a very short time.
Product works and they have real customer service.

Good for the price.
The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.
