This app is great for managing reviews on your site and being able to keep track of them. I only ran into one issue which was if you had more than 1 page of reviews and were on a different page if you deleted something it would take you straight back to the first page, this was quite irritating as it caused you to lose the spot you got to when checking your reviews and made it difficult to keep track. So I reached out to the team and let them know of my issue. The next day it was resolved and I had an email back explaining it had been resolved. So exceptional customer service and the one issue I had encountered was fixed straight away. Highly recommend!
Alireviews is a great tool for those looking to improve their online store. It offers an easy-to-use interface and valuable features such as automated review requests and personalized email templates. The customer service is also excellent, with prompt responses and helpful suggestions. Overall, I highly recommend Alireviews for anyone looking to boost their online sales through customer reviews.
The app is very easy to use, if you buy the subscription then you have unlimited reviews and it does not restrict the features to two or three other subscription options like the other review apps. It has one subscription version which gives you everything you need without having to pay anymore. I asked to fix one of my problems which was to block names on the popup feature and they personally updated the app for me which helped my store, therefore I recommend this because they have good customer service and it also is a great app.

I have been using Ali Reviews for a while now, and I must say it is an exceptional app for managing reviews. I have been on Shopify for several years. During that time I have actively been looking for an App to help me transfer AliExpress product reviews. I found AliReviews and they have solved my problem. This is a great company and product. I highly recommend them. This is by far the easiest App to use. I had no problems and loading. Great information to help you. All the other Apps I have tried was to hard to use.

I had excellent support. I tried a lot of similar apps but none of them were great it's really easy I installed reviews on 120 products it took me really little time... and now I have time to watch TV
This app is great for taking some of your hard earned reviews on other retailers and transferring them to your store, saving a lot of extra effort. Their customer service is also great! Can easily recommend.
I downloaded the ali reviews app yesterday and downloaded 4 products. I upgraded to the premium version and can now also edit the reviews. The reviews loaded straight onto my website and look brilliant. However, at the moment I can't drag and drop them too below my extra content sections.
