This is a great product which brings product reviews from Aliexpress. I just started using it, so far so good.
Alireviews is much better for me, It help me more effectively. Some times The important functions can't work , Hope to improve that.

As you mentioned that "Some times The important functions can't work", throughout your conversation and I have seen that you want to import review via xls file, unfortunately we have not supported this kind of file yet, we are supporting import review via CSV file, however your feedback will be noted for concern team and considered to add it for future update.

great app but no bulk review import so it help a lot for customers but it can import other brand review try it
funciona bien, ayuda mucho con las conversiones, pero ahora tuve un inconveniente que se borraron todas mis reseñas y tuve que volver a hacer todo el trabajo, pero es buena app, la recomiendo

Easy to use app, tho I wish I could select specific reviews to add more importantly ones that are less than 5 stars to build customer trust over more realistic reviews

About your concern, at the moment, you can simply go to Import Settings >> Default Filter Settings, and unchecked all 6 options in this section. Next, reviews from 1 - 5 stars will be imported, and you can randomly Published/Unpublished reviews you would like to be shown.

Me encanta! App para utilizar si o si si quieres incrementar tus ventas. Es algo complicada y poco intuitiva
Bella app, funzionale, la uso per il mio store, secondo me la dashboard andrebbe rivista un pò meglio con dei menù a tendina più complementari, perchè è un po confusionale quando apre la pagina dell'opzione.
Il servizio chat è molto veloce a rispondere, sono stati molto gentili in ogni occasione, forse un pò confusi quando cambiano operatore, ma hanno comunque risolto tutti i mie problemi con molta professionalità e velocità, senza mollare mai, nonostante tutti gli intoppi!
