I downloaded and made the plan of 9 USD and is a real crap, besides not pulling all my products does not work the products that I have you send the comments appears that is right, however does not appear in the store, garbage and horrible application

As i have read your message about your issue, at the moment, our server sometimes isn’t consistent so it might be affected to your backend and your amount of products somehow in Manage Reviews.

Sometimes, after this process, you will find some products which is removed from your Shopify store but still available on our Ali Reviews Dashboard. For this problem, please help me to check this link for deleting it: https://alireviews.fireapps.io/cs/delete-products

However, I have also checked on your product page, you don't have our app reviews box, that's the reason why you don't have any imported reviews to be shown.
Please get back to me right after you have tried but it doesn't work.

Doesn't work properly. I don't see the reviews on my site.
DON'T buy this app. It takes forever to get the reviews to show up in your store. Go with Express Reviews instead, they are instant and really smooth!
Omg. Their customer service is all bots. I bought the pro version and there are no reviews showing up in the app. I emailed them 4 times and i keep getting automated help replies that have nothing to do with my question. I hate companies like this. And the best part, it’s a fake review app and look at all the fake reviews they used here!! Nobody says great that many times in a row!!
I tried to use the app but it simply doesnt work. I also tried to contact support but they clearly doesnt have none.

Lose connection.When I got reviews of products, it was already pushed, although I set it up to require me to push it manually.
Very disappointing experience. Support is extremely bad. I wanted to check this app for a month or so. The day I was billed, I went for canceling my subscription and it deleted all my reviews. Also, my next month full access was gone for which I was billed for. To make it worse, the support team told me that this how it is.
Moreover, technical support is so bad that when I told them if I can get my reviews back then they accidentally added a button and put two reviews bars on my all product pages.

I well understood your issue, and am so sorry for this situation which happened to your store, for making this clearer.
At the moment, when you have cancelled our subscription, obviously all the reviews with previous Paid plan will be gone.

Besides, for the next month full access, we are not allowed you to login into our app with the Paid plan since it has been downgraded already. If you would like to use all of your next month full access, please kindly help me to upgrade without any extra charge for this action, and continuously using our app, and don't forget to downgrade to Free plan again before the date of the next billing cycle charge.

They changed the policy without notice the users and charged me. This app was free when I installed it. Also the app has a lot of bugs and doesn't fit show well in my theme.
Not recommend.
