The app works well. Some small issues when changing a theme, but customer service fixed them all fast! Customer service gets 100 stars.

app is phenomenal! but shopify is trying to limit its features. i was trying to change the colors of the stars, and it wouldnt let me. but the customer support is always on point.
I have been using this app for about 3 years not. It works well. You do need to review the reviews to make sure they make sense as they sometimes are translated. When you need assistance, they are good at responding.

Overall great app. All works and easy to use/add reviews. The team is very helpful with any alterations/customisations. Will give 5 stars when the review alignment issue is sorted (the bottom of the review widget doesn't square off as some reviews extrude further down).

Great app. Auto importing of reviews is very easy and fast though most of the time you have to make some edits.
Nice, simple to use app. Faced some glitches, but now working seamlessly
