the worst customer cares ever . not professional at all they don't have enough knowledge for a small issue more than 26 emails and 6 days until now no solve. other issues take too long to replay back and at the end, the app charges me twice at the same month.
the app needs work to be good no rate in reviews page, no bulk edit or deletes, no multi choose.

I wanted give the poorest rating as the FireApp, deduced three times recurring fee in the same period and they are not responding to refund. !! I decided to keep away from such partners who do not have ethical business practices and cheats by recurring billings.

NUL !!!!!! Je passe mon temps à le reconfigurer car les textes se réinitialisent, les affichages s'affichent dans l'appli mais pas dans la boutique, donc mes clients ont un site français mais des morceaux en anglais. La seule réponse est : on s'en occupe attendez..... sa fais plus de 2 heures... Pour au final me dire que c'est un plus gros problème que prévu mais qu'ils sont en week-end alors je dois attendre... Heureusement que je paye 20 e par mois, parce que si j'avais la fonctionnalité gratuite je pense que je n'aurais même pas eu de réponses. Si votre société est sérieuse, alors fuyez avant de perde la face devant les visiteurs de votre boutique.

Regarding to your main issue, as you mentioned "The customer review pages were in English and impossible to modify while my shop is French", for making it clear our app is allowing users to edit it most of review box's text. Especially, we have just released a new function so that you do not need to edit them manually, those texts will be automatically translated based on your store target languages

We have seen that one of our colleagues is reaching out you, please let them know if you need further support

I can't use the app because everytime I add reviews it asks about giving 5 stars like homeless people

I downloaded and made the plan of 9 USD and is a real crap, besides not pulling all my products does not work the products that I have you send the comments appears that is right, however does not appear in the store, garbage and horrible application

We are deeply sorry for this situation which happened to you since we're different time zone, and please help me to note that we're are GMT +7:00 so we might different in time for supporting you at the right time.

As i have read your message about your issue, at the moment, our server sometimes isn’t consistent so it might be affected to your backend and your amount of products somehow in Manage Reviews.

Please visit this link to update and synchronize the product: https://alireviews.fireapps.io/cs/update-products

Sometimes, after this process, you will find some products which is removed from your Shopify store but still available on our Ali Reviews Dashboard. For this problem, please help me to check this link for deleting it: https://alireviews.fireapps.io/cs/delete-products

I hope this might be helpful and solved your issue quicker.

However, I have also checked on your product page, you don't have our app reviews box, that's the reason why you don't have any imported reviews to be shown.

Please get back to me right after you have tried but it doesn't work.

DON'T buy this app. It takes forever to get the reviews to show up in your store. Go with Express Reviews instead, they are instant and really smooth!

Omg. Their customer service is all bots. I bought the pro version and there are no reviews showing up in the app. I emailed them 4 times and i keep getting automated help replies that have nothing to do with my question. I hate companies like this. And the best part, it’s a fake review app and look at all the fake reviews they used here!! Nobody says great that many times in a row!!
