They help you install to get you interested in purchasing but your own your own after that. Faking their support to get your money then they're out once you paid

the App is for free, and they are charging me 9$ a month for it. I emailed, and they said that I installed the paid version??!! All I did was click on get app, where it said for free. Need a refund guys!!

This app has some major flaws. It imports picture reviews even when you check the only content reviews box and does not delete all imported reviews when you click on that box. Constantly importing incorrect variants with picture reviews of the wrong product and there's no way to correct this since the functions don't work!

Customer service is not really ready to help
Once you find a mistake you should start all over again.

I asked for help from a guy named Ken who just wanted me to upgrade a package
And refused to serve

It did not work with PageFly. I've followed the steps but it's blank.

I've tried to contact their support but it's just awful.

It took them a week to give me a very bad answer.

As you left us a feedback "too complicated", I seem not to catch your point clearly. However based on your last concern as you want to import review with 4 and 5 star only, please let me make it clear again due to Shopify's review policy, the setting to import only 4 and 5 reviews are not allowed. As a result, please help me import all reviews => go manage review => filter the low rating from 1 to 3 and select them => remove them at once

Also we have seen that one of our colleagues is reaching out you via email, but unsuccessful, please let him know if you need further support

Complete garbage. The reviews stop showing up randomly. I've had issues with them time after time. Go with practically any other app besides this.

Firstly, we apologize for this inconvenience may have caused to your store.

Regarding your issue, it is related to our newly function added recently which would help to improve your customers' experience in your Shopify store. However, there might be some old cache saved on your Chrome browser.

In order to fix this problem, our resolution is please clear cache by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R on your product page.

Besides, I found that you uninstalled our app already, and if possible, please give us another chance for helping you by re-installing our app again, and reply back to this email. I will be more than 100% sure that we will help you to resolve this issue as fast as we can.
