eh. wasted 4 hours installing this app. Our FreakStreetstore.com wasn't even able to get the single review processed. Not sure if this app is worth $9/month. Probably will just stick around for 2-3 days to see if the review will ever show up!
This app was great for me at the $10 price point although once you upgrade your Shopify plan it FORCES you to upgrade to their $30 plan. That's a scam! Deleting this app and installing loox.

Firstly, at the moment, please note that Essential plan price will depend on your Shopify plan (will be changed when you do upgrade or downgrade Shopify plan). For your specific case, you just upgraded your Shopify plan to Professional, so new price will be applied at $29.9.

Besides, the reason for this changing is that in Essential plan, our app provides a huge number of number of reviews, imported products, Review request emails, and of course, Ali Reviews Pops in order to scale your business in the fastest way.
In addition to, with Shopify Professional plan, it takes us more resources to process, maintain server, and also you will get support 24 hours/7 days along with higher priority under this plan.

only works in english, i have danish customers so this app is useless. hope they will make it work in danish soon.

Worst app ever! Can't inport reviews, and asked help from support, not fixing it after 12 hours and no one respond too! Highly NOT recommend.

I downloaded this app and it worked for a month. Then It started to heavily push it's paid for version and completely stopped working and kept crashing. So I deleted the app off of my Shopify store but it's still on all my product pages and I don't know how to get rid of it. Terrible app! Use Rivyo or Areviews instead.
Very bad performance after the last update.
takes over 10 sec to reviews upload... also I try to contact them via and no answer... it seems like 70% of your good reviews are fake...
no sense while you guys not helping your customers who paying for you.
This is probably the worst recurring app ever. You pay $20/month and can only use 20 reviews per product, if you want only 200 then you have to pay $50/month. There are tons of alternatives out there - avoid this at all costs. That's how you ruin a business, overpricing basic stuff.

First of all, it seems like you have never contacted us to get more details information about your concern. Therefore, please let me explain it clearly for you.
In Essential plan ($19.9/month as you could see), we are providing 2 ways to import reviews (from Ali Express and from CSV file). In total, you can have 1000 reviews per product.
20 reviews per product is the limitation for CSV function ONLY, and please check these articles to get more understanding:
