Never ever thought that was possible, but Alia is an extremely well thought out app with lightning fast customer support.

What we especially like :

Great for brand education and story telling in the form of short, snappy lessons in a learn more, earn more discount format.

Highly customisable with the option to add images and video to the popup.

Very asthetically pleasing. Paragraphs and images transition into view gradually with animated progress bars so the user knows the interaction cost.

Ability to add multiple choice survey questions for actionable data.

No tacky, cheap features like 'spin the wheel'.

Automated, instant and time-sensitive discount codes.

Option for pop-up to appear as a small floating CTA button only. No annoying in your face window disrupting the browsing experience.

All in all, a great app. One of only 5 front end apps we use on our store. That's how choosy we are.

My experience with ALIA has been amazing. While there were some hiccups in integrating with Attentive, Cory was super helpful in in some workarounds that helped us get things set up right eventually. Cory's response is like never experienced before, lightning fast, and even during weekends. Work ethic like I have never seen before. The results speak for themselves, sign up rates have gone up, conversion rates as well. I can't recommend this app enough!

We were looking for a way to improve the average pop up with helping the shopper learn more about us. This app has been a great solution allowing us to tell a little more of our story and connect with customers on a different level.

We have a 96% collection rate for email/phone collection on the popup, and conversion to purchase is at over 14%, our previous pop up converted under 2% to purchases. We'll see how this stands long term, but it seems so promising. I like being able to add different pop ups in the future targeting different segments mining for more data, and getting a stronger connection with our customers. Also, we love the ability to add polls that we can connect with Klaviyo to get info and add contacts into segments. Beyond the app, support has been top notch. I can't talk positively about the guys and their app! A++++++

I was heartbroken when Amped decided to drop support for Klaviyo but after 1 month of using Alia, I don't miss it. This is just way better. The email captures receive the same capture rate and that additional education component gets people to buy right away. It's really the best of all worlds at a fraction of the price. We're staying with Alia!

1. I love the product. Making customers "earn" their discount by learning about what makes our brand special is a great idea. We've seen solid adoption from our customers.

2. The team is fantastic. They walked me through how to create the best flows, run tests, and properly position the popups on my website. When I was doing things that went against what they've found are best practice, they even reached out proactively and helped me adjust.

Still getting to grips with all the things it can do however, everything we have used it for so far has been great and the customer support has also been amazing. Can't fault them at all and would recommend.

Founders Cory and Shaan provide outstanding support super quickly and take the time to understand what you need. I've had suggestion that they've taken and implemented SAME-DAY. I repeat, SAME-DAY. That is unheard of in the saas world and I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to know them at this early stage before they 'make it big' -- if oyu know what's good for you, sign up now! Alia is revolutionizing signup forms and experiences with engaging, story-led content. We previously used Amped but switched to Alia when we found out Amped was being acquired by Mailchimp. It turned out to be a great decision! Alia not only increased our signup rate significantly, but our subscribers are also more engaged. We're excited to see what they come up with next!

We love what Alia has done for our site! In less than a month, our popup's conversion rate has more than doubled, and we've been able to teach our customers more about what makes our brand unique. The segmentation survey at the end is also incredibly valuable, as we can give our customers a more personalized experience based on their interests. Finally, the support has been top-notch. Can't wait to be along for the ride with this great team as they continue to innovate!
