Great app, it makes everything easy, they have a live chat and Razi was so helpful when i did not know how to import products.

The user interface is a little clunky and not easy to get used to, but the product works as it should and the online tech support is very helpful. So far, so good!

Ok so honestly, I hate this app. There's always some kind of issue, it's either changing the prices of my items without permission or it won't upload anything, and it's even uploaded random items (that I never tried to upload) without my permission.
And the support team is very rude and annoying. When they do finally respond, they just keep emailing you over and over again until you reply. The only reason that I haven't uninstalled this app yet is that it's the only free one of its kind. A soon as I find a better replacement, believe me, I will never touch this app again.

I did try the app again after some 5-6 months.
This is what happend>>>

Now ALL my data, 300 products are gone after using this app again. Months of work are GONE!!!

WE:
After 1.5 - 2 months of working with this app, we did everything where they did ask for and we really like the idea of the app:

-Price change at store> does not work.
-Quantity Change> does not work
-Enable conditional price change> does not work
-Variable products price/quantity does not work

We spend a lot of time and money.
Give me us our 60 euro back and and 300 usd for the worker (We have invoices as proof) >>Because of your NOT WORKING APP!!!!

This is not a 1 time experience because we had more websites with the same problems and really like to work with a app like this.

Thanks for your review. But i don't believe in your comments. All the products which are present in your store are updating. If you remove items in your store it wont remove them in our app. make sure to update items which are present in your store. Please don't write such false reviews.

Was having issues and a little confused with how the pricing was being transferred over from AliExpress to Shopify. Rabbani was very helpful with sending me screen shots of what to do to correct the pricing.
This app is very easy to work around with and the support from the team and Rabbani was excellent

I'm still in the trial but so far everything is great! I had quite a bunch of questions about how this works and RAZI replies me in less than 1 min and he's very helpful. My problems were solved immediately, which is perfect! Highly recommended!

This is the easiest way to place orders on these sites! When I have a question about auto syncing my items without changing prices Anuradha was a blessing and walked me through everyhting! Love this app!

I downloaded this app needing to input 10 products to my store from Aliexpress. They have different plans ranging from the basic to enterprise. Even though I didn't need it, I selected the enterprise plan to see which features they had for my free trial. I forgot to cancel the plan until the trial was well over so I contacted their support team to request a refund. They told me that they could allow the refund and asked me to contact Shopify to process the refund. I did so, and Shopify contacted them back for approval. They then decided to conveniently deny my refund request. If you want honest customer support, these developers are sorely lacking in it.

The app itself is pretty bloated, and there is not much of a difference from the basic and enterprise plan. The UI is not really conducive to a good user experience. Please be warned that there are more customer oriented apps out there for drop shippers.
