I recently had a chat with a customer service representative from Dropshipman and was extremely impressed with the level of help and support I received. The representative, Glydel, was extremely patient and helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution to my issue. I am extremely grateful for the excellent service I received and would highly recommend DSM to others in need of assistance.

Customer service is amazing! I had many questions and it took them no longer then 5 minutes to reply to me and left me very pleased. I would even say I come back to this app over others because of the insanely fast and effective customer service help. I am new to drop shipping and without the help I received I would be lost. Angel, the lady who has been helping me, has been very kind and patient with me. She does her best to solve and answer all my questions. 5/5 Customer Service.

I'm new to dropshipping and the dropshipman platform. Both of my support specialist, Angel, was a TREMENDOUS help to me! She was very patient and very kind towards me.
