Keep this support agent. Great customer service, polite, and most of all very patient. The App is user-friendly but needs more work for dummies like me. hahaha. keep up the good work. She did a wonderful job!

This app is useful since we can select items in bulk with free shipping only for example and the customer support is truly responsive.

It makes it easier to automate shipping/delivery updates as it automatically sends out emails to customers once their orders ship saving me time from having to manually input info and update each order
