There is an error message saying they will fix this, but when I put in my product name it doesn't show up. The message seems to have been posted for over a month and they won't fix the problem.

Awesome! Best product review importer I have used so far. Support is quick to respond to queries too.
Everytime I try to open the app it takes me to the original page I just pressed install at and the app is basically useless.
